What is the Surface Area Formula of a 3 Dimensional Rectangle?

I need this for a Larger Problem, but I forgot what this is. The problem is easy if I have this Formula. Can someone give it to me?

It is the sum of all its faces area , and since you have rectangle , there are 6 faces
just simply compute them and add them up
and if you want a formula , then lets assume the dimensions are X , Y and Z
A= 2xy + 2xz + 2zy

    Area of each rectangle is l x w.

    There are 3 different dimensions on a rectangular prism, so let’s call those x, y, and z.

    The area of the top and bottom would be xy
    The area of the left and right sides would be yz
    The area of the front and back sides would be xz

    There are 2 of each of the above, so the final area would be 2 (xy + yz + xz).

  3. a 3 Dimensional Rectangle is called a prism. Think about it for two seconds and you’ll see that if its dimensions are height h, width w and depth d, then its surface area is 2(hw + hd + wd)
