Apply for a job with one of the contractors who works there, such as Lockheed. Then get a security clearance, then volunteer to work there. It is an unpopular job being out in the boons, so you should have no difficulty once you work for Lockheed. Either get a good college education, or ask Bob Lazaar (google him) how HE got to work there.

My best guess is that they pluck the best and the brightest straight out of University, then put you through a series of rigorous psychological and background checks. I don’t think there is anyway to just "apply" for the job lol.
