		<description>the most used for that size is what they call a 5 ton unit. its very energy efficient and you want a heat pump and nit a straight ac as you&#039;ll pay more for straight ac. they have 3.5 tons but they work harder and rarely is anything less than a 5 ton unit now. a five ton unit heat pump can handle your size to homes over 2500 sq. feet and sometimes more. usually its 500 sq. feet per ton. but they don&#039;t make a one ton. my condo has a 5 ton unit with heat pump. the air handler is a bit less and they are not that big. its 1200 sq. feet and my electric is on average 28.00 a month.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>dont no ,but i can tell you that its not gonna coll all those rooms i have the same one and its in my room it small and i have the dor open to my living room i have to put a curtain hanging at the living room entrance so it can get a little cooler !!!! you need atleast 5000obtus for the house and keep doors closed like bathrooms.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
